In the second half of the morning session, practice an aerobic and healing set to get stress off the body and a meditation to clear the subconscious mind.

LUNCH ASSIGNMENT

  • Use the voice memo application on your phone to record yourself for 15 minutes telling yourself how great you are.
  • If you get stuck, say a mantra out loud and just keep going. Lay it on thick!
  • Listen to this recording for the next 40 days, ongoing.
