Frog squats are a great exercise to add to your daily punch list!

 

These build strength and endurance in your legs, improve flexibility, increase blood circulation and also stimulate circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid.

 

Start with 5 or 10 repetitions, then work your way up to 27, then 54, and ultimately 108!
