We dig into the mantras that speak to strength, and our lion-like warrior nature in this continuation of our mantra series.
The complementary feminine and masculine energies are discussed, as are the surnames given with our spiritual names: Kaur and Singh. Today’s mantras include Jai Te Gang, Har Singh Nar Singh and Gobinda.
In honor of Saturn-day, we begin with the Warrior’s Exercise, to open the energy into the sushmuna and balance the hemispheres of the brain, then activate our vitality before meditating with Jai Te Gang.
